This significant milestone means that the business is now wholly owned by its employees, marking a new chapter in Kenect Recruitment’s 13-year journey. The move is part of a strategic succession plan aimed at securing the long-term future of the business, protecting its strong culture, and rewarding the dedicated team that has been instrumental in its success. Founders Julien Smith and Jason Whittenham will remain actively involved as Directors of both Kenect Recruitment and the newly formed EOT, ensuring a smooth transition. They are joined by four additional Directors: long-serving employees Adam Turner, Luke Bodell, and David De Lacy Jones, along with the company’s accountant, Paul Woodcock.
