@cyberpunkonline Again, not forgetting. It’s just not equivalent. You really think in future people will think ‘wow what a creative use of an AI song model’. It’s a black box, there isn’t creativity.

Conveniently forgetting how early sample using artists were treated... ... and how loop artists are looked down upon.

people said the same about photography, music sampling, and digital art, the anti tech hysteria response / making it your entire personality is so boomer coded and boring if I sample your music am I plagerising or am i using the same technique most dance music has used for thirty years? you don't sound like yer enjoying yourself to be honest i've been making music and creating art since the 90s i ain't threatened by AI, it's another tool to me to have fun with

Ai cover art and promo videos suck so bad not only does it look uncanny and ugly as fuck but it also causes less money to go to actual human artists and causes more money to go to bloodsucking tech billionaires that don't have a creative bone in their body.
