We are currently at the APC National Convention in Abuja seeing a level of unity the opposition can only dream of. While Obi is jumping from Labour to ADC to Coalitions the APC is consolidating its hold on the North Central and beyond. You don’t win the Presidency with Twitter Vibes you win it with the kind of institutional strength President Tinubu has built over 30 years. It’s not about being dirty it’s about being Unstoppable

This is the time we should leave the govt out of this and deal with the Marketer's in a serious way or else they won't do anything about the price. Now they will be claiming they haven't yet sold out the stock they bought at $130 but if it were to increase they wouldn't say that. Bunch of criminals.

@SaharaReporters I thought the new IGP of @PoliceNG is an anti-corruption Marshal. He has a good reputation with the masses, and I hope he will clean up the rot in the Nigerian Police Force.

@Adv69182520 @osazenoo @thisis_aj12 Are u not getting it yet, d only reason why we bought petrol at 65 or 100 was because of subsidy. This is the original price of petrol. Now the question is, what is your state governor, Senator, Rep and local government Chairman doing with the gains from subsidy removal they got?

@KoemanSunday @Xpress_LS @Elkrosmediahub Yes na. Lol. U never travel before? Oboy. Constant electricity is expensive as fuck. The Nigerians I know won't be able to afford it. Government will still have to subsidize it and that won't be possible

In 2014 to 2018, Egypt invested about $25billion to revamp its electricity sector, successfully moving from a chronic power deficit to a surplus. This increased their power generation capacity by 84%. When Peter Obi traveled to Egypt during his campaign for presidency, halfwits in the ruling party here made mockery of it. Today, those some of those imps are flaunting their solar panels for show offs, while the rest of them lock in a total of 45mins of power weekly. Criminals!

There’s some truth in your post, but it’s selective and oversimplified. Yes, Egypt invested heavily in power and improved supply. And yes, Peter Obi referenced that model. Egypt didn’t get stable electricity for free. They cut subsidies, raised tariffs, and passed real costs to citizens. The result? Reliable power, but significantly higher bills. That’s the part people avoid. We’re still dealing with the backlash from fuel subsidy removal in Nigeria today. If government fully removes electricity subsidies tomorrow, many of the same voices will lead the outrage again. So let’s be honest. If we truly want 24/7 power like Egypt, are we ready to pay the real price for it? Because this can’t be selective outrage, praise reform in theory, reject it in reality. At that point, it’s not about solutions anymore, it’s just politics.
