@krakensupport Thank you for getting back to me and the link. It specifies though that this is a UK specific ban of HTX, so how can this basically block all worldwide people that use, or have used, the htx platform? Perhaps there's something your legal team can do?

@krakensupport You’ve been sending me the exact same response for eight straight days. You’re not giving me any new information. Every other exchange is trading Humanity without issue. The Humanity website says nothing about Kraken. Stop sending me the same old message and tell me the truth

@krakenfx #krackenfx #krakensupport says there’s a incident and that’s why humanity has been locked for 8 days. Every other exchange is trading #humanity kraken denies it’s their issue. They blame it on humanity but nobody else is having problems.

@krakenfx I think it’s better to launch a debit card similar to COINBASE. It‘s too disappointing to only trade on Karken and not to use it for daily consumption and shopping.

@krakensupport Kraken is holding my money in my account. They locked my account for 3 months for no reason and I can't withdraw my funds at all. Now they said my account will be closed in 10 days but I still can't withdraw my funds. I've sent request forms and still I never got a reply.
