Too fast People teach inner work WAY too fast nowadays. They get a glimpse of expanded consciousness on mushrooms, or go do yoga 10 days in India, or do some weeks of meditation, and start teaching or open their own center...simply crazy Worse is people that do some ayahuasca in the amazon for example and come back as ¨shamans¨ and start feeding this to other people while having ZERO idea what they are dealing with. Why do so many shrinks and psychologist end up crazy and in clinics themselves? How do you think i can answer 10s of thousands of dm´s full of pain and suffering and be totally fine? Strong energetic protection Why do real zen monks work 2 years towards a real realisation, and 10 years to integrate it, in silence? because it takes enormous time to process and balance such realisations in body/mind/soul/spirit. Start teaching without energetic protection for example, and you absorb all the pain and suffering of others and will get sick or die So yes, someone who trained me said, do 10 years of practice alone,and after that 10 years of practice you can teach certain basic things. but in all honesty i teach in person maybe 1 out of a 100 people that seek me out in real life, most are simply not serious enough or willing to put in time. They think they are, but they are not. They just want a quick fix and go back home Just keep that in mind when you go the local yoga lady who teaches stretching or to the next fancy guru or clown promoting something on X or social media or in real life. Be extremely critical and skeptical. Before becoming a student of someone, challenge the ¨teacher¨ very hard with serious questions and if he does not show some skill, ignore him/her.

The basic rule: bond MORE value than the assets you're securing. Why? If you steal assets you end up losing more of your own money. Theft becomes economically irrational. 💸 It's like a security deposit that's 2x the value of the apartment. Break something? You lose more than you could gain. Economic security > trust. 🎯
