@NDTsocial Very interesting analysis. As avacopan is only available as a hard capsule, I am wondering how the drug was administered to ventilated patients?

Avacopan for ANCA-associated vasculitis with hypoxic pulmonary haemorrhage 🔓doi.org/10.1093/ndt/gf… Avacopan is associated with favourable outcomes in patients with AAV requiring respiratory support with a favourable safety profile. All patients survived & sustained remission.
