@greateranglia another day another problem. So you’ve cancelled my 15:53. Now the 16:23 says it’s coming. But I doubt that highly. Considering you’ve cancelled the next one from Tottenham Hale to ware. Please sort out your service and your app When is my next train to ware?

@greateranglia Is that the 16:42, that is still to have moved from Stratford? As we both know that’s going to be cancelled. So is this going to be Friday all over again and do I need to get a taxi. Or will there be a train.

@DrFozzy @greateranglia Just part and parcel of our line I think. It seems every other train will get priority over ours if ours is late. But if another one is delayed. Ours get screwed too. Crap really isn’t it.

Hi @greateranglia is there any reason why the service to Hertford East has been so poor recently and will it be improving? Trains keep getting cancelled or terminated at Ware. It seems like whenever there is an issue on the main line, the Hertford East line has to take the hit

@greateranglia I’m currently on the 5:54 tom to ware, and have been informed it is being terminated at cheshunt. Will the 18:22 from cheshunt actually run, or am I once again stuck…

@greateranglia Initially you said until 6:30 on Wednesday. Then you said Friday. Now the 24th - and you don’t even run on the 25th And you can’t give us a timetable for the replacement busses. Honestly insane.

ℹCustomers are advised that, due to flooding caused by a burst water main at Rye House on the Hertford East branch, train services are suspended between Broxbourne and Hertford East. Train services are not currently expected to be restored until Wednesday 24 December. In the meantime, a limited replacement bus service will operate between Broxbourne and Hertford East. Customers are advised not to travel unless absolutely necessary and to look at alternative travel options wherever practical. Tickets may be used on Great Northern services to and from Hertford North. Depending on the journey, customers may also wish to consider using other West Anglia Main Line stations or local bus services. We apologise for the significant inconvenience caused to customers. The extensive impact of the ongoing flooding, the complexity of the work required to stem the flow, the subsequent clean-up, and the repairs needed to the rail infrastructure (including track and signalling) and Rye House station mean it is expected to take a further five days to complete the necessary work and restore the normal service. We will keep everyone updated on the progress of the repairs and plans to reinstate the normal service.

@L88CWB Hi, There is a limited bus service running back and forth between Broxbourne and Hertford East. As for a timetable that is unclear unfortunately there is 9 shuttles running.. We are hopeful to have a bus coordinator at both Broxbourne and Hertford East to help. - James
