MHS covered entities must provide it within 60 days. This is standard patient rights, not a public records request.

1.) This green highlight from Jan 22, 2024, in a mental health team treatment meeting (TTM), my then provider quoted me in her notes that I stated I want to assault my commander legally 2.) Actually, I stated that "I am honestly confident that I will destroy my squadron through the legal system, of which my secret hidden audio can verify. 3.) Come March 25, 2026, this clinical note of the TTM has been entirely omitted from my medical / mental health records and I have been falsely "backdated" diagnosed with NPD and delusional disorder🤷🏻‍♀️ to revoke my MEB and help aid my command with re-arresting me for a 2nd time, put in prison for 8.5 months, and convicted of misdemeanor charges such as disrespect to my commanders for calling them all vile, corrupt, dishonorable hypocrites in a protected communications complaint know as an article 138 📑 🔥It's going be glorious when I win my appeal from an utterly corrupt trial that my defense team should have found all serious unlawful command influence (UCI) issues for me to also include all issues that I've found on my own while in prison, relayed to them throughout the 8.5 months (proven with yet again hidden audio recordings of my defense team while in prison), that they both left ignored and not investigated in the least bit. Legal accountability and justice is coming for all.
