@LATAM_FR Except that your desk at Recife and your support by mail doesn't agree with that. Maybe you should a bit coordinate if you wish to be aware about your customer satisfaction. Your desk in Recife advise against changing tickets !

@scrills2 According to our policies for domestic flights, checked luggage must be tagged to the final destination without exception. In this case, the best solution would've been changing your route for your bag to be checked to Rio. If you need further assistance, let us know.
