For 15 years, Movement City Youth Network has been a home for creativity and connection for Lawrence youth. Our community is growing—and our young people need room to grow. We’ve raised $4M+ for a new home. Just $250K to go. Help us #MakeRoomForPossibility

LCW will shutdown for a Holiday break. We are grateful for a wonderful year full of connections, growth and milestones. Our offices will shut down Dec. 22nd and re-open on January 5th 2025.

Yesterday, we joined @MassEOED Secretary Yvonne Hao & other officials to break ground on DyeWorks, a 35,000-square-foot vacant former mill building in #LawrenceMA being redeveloped by @LCWorksOrg to house a local full-service supermarket, @GLFHC & youth program Movement City.

MassDev has been proud to be a partner throughout @LCWorksOrg's Union Crossing development, & supported the DyeWorks building with about $1.8M from the #Brownfields Redevelopment Fund, #TDIMass Equity Investment & the Underutilized Properties Program.
