English

@Azn_Phucboi Nah lol, just art expression, for better artistical performance, since it looks cool if the sword having interaction and cross-over effect with the other character
English

@LEasterlingr How did the sword go through the metal shield?
English

@LEasterlingr They look like the guy on the ground was not actually the guy they were after.
English

@AlexandruBirsa Lol this one in my mind were actually come from Volsung, after Sigurd's only daughter stampeded to death, Gudrun sent her sons to seeking revenge, on the path elder bros ask how the youngest gonna help them, little bro say :like how hands help feet. Which they think is bullshit
English

@CringeyIdiotTer @medievalmlord For most 漢 Chinese, although 元 and 清 are both minority rule,元 are much more acceptable than 清,for it didn't ruin Han Chinese culture,if you know China well, you would find there's a renaissance and voice to 正本清源 at current, that aim to restore Han culture from 清 influence
English

@LEasterlingr @medievalmlord Did the Ottomans and Romans allow the adults of populations they subjugated,
Balkan people for the former, Germanic & Celtic people for the latter,
to enter their managerial class (civil bureaucracy), outside the military, as adults?
Merely because they could pass some tests?
English

@CringeyIdiotTer @medievalmlord 😇 Qing dynasty continue 科举 is out of necessary rather than good will, for enjoy or not, there's a falling example lies before them - Yuan dynasty run by Mongolians, they stopped 科举,cut the access of population to achieve class mobility, lead to a short reign less than hundred
English

@CringeyIdiotTer @medievalmlord Not really fact, Qing dynasty to China just like Ottoman to Hellenic/Romans (and the hurt Manchu done are much more huger than Ottoman to Romans ), every educated Chinese youngling see it's reign and aesthetics as a symbol of disgust.
English

@medievalmlord You win, Qing aesthetics were trash, young Chinese think pre-Qing Chinese aesthetics were better,
what the Qing were good in, was the substance of their governance
(ethnic fairness, famine reduction, and high stability [before a wave of natural disasters & arrival of Europeans

@PermianCollapse ☺️Aye my friend, when i was a boy i had been fascinated by J.R.R Tolkien's book for decades, that made me believe the heartbeat of mankind are the very same. The same time a Chinese guy may touched by Beowulf, a Westerner fell the same while reading the lost of mandate of heaven
English

@LEasterlingr This is beautiful my friend, it gives me hope that even people across the world have a love for the history of the English people, I have a similar warm feeling of Chinese history.
English

@AK74respecter 🌹My pleasure my friend, Glad you enjoy it 🍻🥂
