I called the store 3 times and she didn’t pickup because she “sometimes forgets the phone in the back”. @ryancohen

@LHaught9 @m74ft1 @gamestop @ryancohen @dxguy I think that’s the biggest thing that can be corrected. If we got emails right away or at all it would save trips to the stores. After my first cancellation my girl and I just gave it 30 minutes and checked the app to see if the order was cancelled or not

@dxguy2001 @m74ft1 @gamestop @ryancohen @dxguy @ryancohen I actually placed (4) orders and made the drive to the GameStop for the store manager to say they didn’t have my order because the online system wasn’t updating. She said she would cancel the order when she got the chance. I still haven’t gotten my $450 refund.
