Does anyone I know have connections at @LQ corporate? We had a very disappointing experience there this weekend and I’d like to make them aware of it. Nobody is perfect, but there’s a baseline expectation when it comes to bed bugs in four rooms at 1am. 😃

We drove over 2700 miles and stayed at 2 lovely Wyndham hotels before this day and I used my points. If not for that fact and no sure I could get my points back we would have left for sure @Wyndham

Ok @WyndhamRewards first nobody answers my phone calls when I was trying to ask a question. Now I am trying to check in and the desk clerk is rude! Dismissive of my husbands disability and essentially told us we could leave if we didn’t like the room he assigned
