@LRosssseee @Atik13_ @PMB28593434 Fucking hell how is this conversation still going on, I completely forgot I even posted it
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 But you can’t, you didn’t sign anyone the summer before last, or in January, with your own manager claiming you can’t. You want to act like one of the big boys and you aren’t even bigger than us, we’ve been out the league 10 years
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 That’s what seems to set the big boys apart, is it not?
Being able to not have to rely on absolute perfection in the transfer market.
We’ll be spending over £200m again depending on player sales.
So who cares?
We go again.
Every.
Single.
Year.
Simply because we can.
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 You could spend billions and your club would sounk it on flops, Woltemade, Elanga and Wissa for 170 million, is that really worth selling your stadium and soul for?
Fact is we can spend more than you without European money and having to have a firesale
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 The bottom line mate is..
We were able to spend even more by selling our stadium to ourselves.
Who wouldn’t want to do that 😂
Struggle or not, we have the financial power now that it’s okay for every transfer not to be perfect… we can afford to make more next summer 😉

English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 The accounts relate to period under PSD, would be stupid to use them against rules coming in the future. Point stands that your owners are unable to ethically conform to current spending rules and will no doubt find a way to struggle in the future without Europe
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Also, PSR no longer exists.
You knew that though.
It’s been replaced by a completely different set of rules, set by UEFA.
So once again, we look forwards.
When each club can spend the same % of their revenue..
Tell me again how this is not relevant or significant..

English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 You had to sell your stadium to conform with PSR, which looks at 3 previous years, so whether you want to look at one or multiple, there’s no denying your owners are incapable of running a football club properly
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 They’re the most recent ones but they’re not the only ones.
If you want to understand the long term trend of anything.
Or if you want to predict future outcomes with greater accuracy, you never look at only one data point.
So it would be naive to therefore do so, no?
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Can’t read either Mr Intellect, I just said why, are you so rattled you can’t read
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Now that you’ve found my reply.
What is the reason we would only look at one season of financial data?
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 You’ve replied to the wrong tweet Mr Intellect, and because they are the most recent ones
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 If you want to discuss financial then loo a t both clubs most recent sets of accounts, all that revenue and still have to sell your stadium to stay within the rules. 👍🏻
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Do you have short term memory loss?
Discuss this.
Lets see if you are able to bring anything else to the table apart from “you’re so rattled”
This is your chance to maintain any level of self respect

English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 You haven’t said anything yet, just about how intellectual you think you are
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 I’m very calm mate.
I accept that progress is not linear.
Sunderland deservedly won both derbies this season.
Congratulations, great season for a newly promoted side.
Rattled? Absolutely not.
Realistic. Absolutely.
Let’s see why intelligent response you come up with next
English

@Atik13_ @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Maybe because it keeps working haha, why are you still replying if you’re not rattled
English

@LRosssseee @PMB28593434 @JDunn1973 Rather obvious you’re taking the mick. But at what point does replying become futile, when my previous several replies (with logical points and evidence) have been responded to with the intellect of:
“Ooooo you must be so rattled”
English

@PMB28593434 @Atik13_ @JDunn1973 Quite funny tbf winding him up though, not sure how many rival fans have intellectual football discussions on X but if he can’t comprehend I’m taking the mick he’s got no chance of intellectual chat
English

@Atik13_ @LRosssseee @JDunn1973 When do you? All you do is jump from one reply to the next verbally abusing people.
English

@Atik13_ @JDunn1973 Still rattled 10 hours later wow, impressive bite that
English

@LRosssseee @JDunn1973 - Suggested that selling our stadium to ourselves was a bad move (please see Chelsea and Aston Villa)
- Suggested selling players to buy players is a bad move (firesale reference)
…
Is this a “you can’t reason with stupidity” situation or are you genuinely just trolling?
English

@Atik13_ @JDunn1973 I’m sure I seen something about selling your stadium to yourself and a firesale happening this summer. Only one of the 2 north east clubs seems to be large enough to be ran sustainably in the top flight + rattled
English

@LRosssseee @JDunn1973 £50 says you can’t explain why…
(Am I just letting you off then for ignoring everything i said?)
English

@Atik13_ @JDunn1973 Rattled + mind the gap (strongest indicator of Sunderland being a bigger club)
English

@LRosssseee @BigBallard5 @willsafc_ @Sunlundy Mate come on, this is classic childish ignorant white kid banter, especially back in those days, if we had accounts like this of everything everyone has ever said, no one would have jobs. I couldn’t help grin when I read this one just picturing it in my head🤣 it’s so daft

English

We’ve got to make sure this doesn’t happen, we cannot let this man down Keir Hardie way and into the only trade union club in the country, we will not let our proud team be used as a political pawn
