A big shout out to team @CalderWardPicu ! What a pleasure it had been implementing SAFER 🛑to ✅ on this ward. We welcomed 2 new junior doctors 2day with a full house mdt at the huddle too .Cant not mention their 100% compliance in July with the Safer audit! Well done 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼

Really enjoyed facilitating a workshop on a creating a driver diagram focusing on medicines management (MM) workforce with pharmacy and MM colleagues today. Some great ideas and discussions @TaraLianG @SRamdour
