Je me suis délesté de Delta Plus Group (qui reste quand même dans ma watchlist) et achat de Riber $ALRIB PRU 5,62€. Société dont le CA est de 70 millions €, avec de la trésorerie, un ROE 16-18%, capex 5-6%, PER 2026 a 21x, ratio versement dividende 30-40%. L’activité de Riber concerne la fabrication de machines MBE (conception etc, MBE = Molecular Beam Epitaxy, épitaxie par jet moleculaire), servant à fabriquer des couches de matériaux atomes par atome sur des wafers (tranche circulaire de matériaux semi-conducteurs). Les machines MBE servent quand il faut une pureté extrême du matériaux, une précision atomique sur l’épaisseur des couches. Indispensable pour obtenir des composants haut de gamme. Riber est exposé au secteur de la défense, de l’optoélectronique, des technologies quantiques. Le CA se fait principalement en UE 🇪🇺 et en Chine 🇨🇳. Riber développe également ROSIE, un outil de formation à l’utilisation des machines MBE.
