The Sauti ya Mwanamke project has significantly advanced access to justice for women, girls, and marginalized groups by addressing systemic barriers, including complex legal procedures and associated costs. Through the training of 4,406 formal and informal leaders (57% women) on GBV prevention and response, the project facilitated 6,825 GBV interventions, with a growing recognition of psychological and economic violence as pervasive yet underreported challenges. Nationwide, the Improved Access to Justice for Women in Tanzania project by LSF provided vital legal aid to 26,451 marginalized individuals, with a significant 59% of them being women. These services included direct legal support, paralegal outreach, mobile legal aid clinics, and public education on rights and justice processes. By extending access to both urban and remote communities, the project enhanced legal literacy, strengthened grassroots justice systems, and empowered more individuals to report gender-based violence (GBV) and seek redress. Led in partnership with the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups, the campaign aims to promote equal representation, foster inclusive leadership, and drive a national shift in recognizing the power and potential of women in every sector. LSF joined national actors in Dodoma to launch the Gender Transformative Action Programme “Inspire To Lead” campaign. LSF participated in the high-level launch of the Gender Transformative Action Programme (GTAP) “Inspire To Lead” campaign, led by the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Groups in partnership with the European Union. The campaign is a national call to action aimed at transforming systems, policies, and leadership norms to promote gender equality, amplify women’s leadership, and increase accountability in the delivery of gender-related services. LSF remains committed to supporting institutional reforms, access to justice, and leadership that advances the rights and dignity of women and girls across all sectors of society. Katika jamii nyingi, wajane hukumbana na changamoto za kunyimwa urithi, mali, au hata uhuru wa kuamua mustakabali wao. LSF YASHIRIKI UZINDUZI WA KAMPENI YA MSAADA WA KISHERIA YA MAMA SAMIA MKOA WA DAR ES SALAAM. Leo tumeshiriki uzinduzi rasmi wa Kampeni ya Msaada wa Kisheria katika Mkoa wa Dar es Salaam, tukishirikiana na wadau mbalimbali wa haki, ili kuongeza uelewa na upatikanaji wa huduma za msaada wa kisheria kwa wananchi hususan wanawake, watoto, na makundi yaliyo katika mazingira magumu. Mgeni Rasmi katika uzinduzi huu alikuwa Mheshimiwa Kassim Majaliwa (Mb), Waziri Mkuu wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, ambaye alisisitiza dhamira ya serikali katika kuhakikisha huduma za msaada wa kisheria zinawafikia wananchi wote kwa wakati. Uzinduzi huu pia umehudhuriwa na Mawaziri kutoka Wizara husika , Waziri wa Katiba na Sheria kutoka Tanzania Bara na Waziri wa Katiba na Sheria kutoka Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar, wakionyesha mshikamano wa kitaifa katika kuimarisha mfumo wa haki nchini. Kampeni inalenga kuhamasisha jamii juu ya haki zao za kisheria, kuondoa hofu ya kushughulikia masuala ya kisheria, na kuhakikisha huduma hizi zinapatikana kwa wote bila ubaguzi. Kupitia kampeni hii, wananchi wataunganishwa moja kwa moja na watoa huduma za msaada wa kisheria waliopo karibu nao.
