Beware of predatory publishers – if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. The website Think, Check, Submit provides useful tools and checklists to help researchers identify trusted journals and publishers: thinkchecksubmit.org #OAWeek

LSTM has agreements with publishers Wiley and PLoS. This means authors can publish in a selection of their journals via the Gold OA route without having to pay an article processing charge. #OAWeek
