Very happy to finally share this. Cortical hyperexcitability in ALS patients & tg mice can be assessed by means of phase-amplitude coupling & is driven by a noradrenergic deficit. Major team effort! Big thanks to Véronique Marchand-Pauvert and the fantastic Caroline Rouaux.

We developed a B cell-driven EAE model, where B cells provide the critical stimulus for disease development. Our system allows for genetic manipulation of B cells prior to transfer and thus is a tool to investigate B cell pathogenicity.

Via live imaging with @KawakamiLab we show that B cells reactivate T cells in eLFs to maintain proinflammatory T cell effector function!
