🌿In the afternoon, Hans Snijder welcomed the group to the Urban Farm at Antwerp’s Asiadok. The fresh herbs and microgreens, paired with the farm’s commitment to CO2-neutral, pesticide-free cultivation and short supply chains, showcased the future of sustainable urban farming.

🔍The @InAgrotopia tour, guided by Maarten Ameye, featured cutting-edge projects such as the Vertihydro vertical farming towers and the ie-LIGHT, LED-FR and DigiKas projects. These initiatives focus on reducing resource use while increasing crop yield and quality.

🌱Today is the big day! The winner of the 4th edition of the Autonomous Greenhouse Challenge will be announced. Jury members Prof. @kathy_steppe and Prof. In-Bok Lee explored sustainable greenhouse innovations at @InAgrotopia and PLNT Beyond Bio with their teams.
