I've resigned as Head of Engineering at Lancer and am now open to new opportunities, both freelance and full time. I will begin freelancing immediately, so pop into my DMs if you've got something cool you are working on. 🛠️ The team is internally deliberating on next steps for the company, but for reasons I won't disclose, it was better for all that I stepped away respectfully and continued to do what I do best: build exciting new products with cool people. I am so incredibly bullish on the concept surrounding the Lancer protocol, and I believe that given the right PMF, regardless of market timing, it will succeed in its goal of empowering freelancers across the internet with secure escrow payments and everything else that the team wants to build out. But the reality is, starting a company in tech is HARD, especially in this economy. Founders are managing so many spinning plates; ideating, building, marketing, networking, and managing a team all at once. It's goddamn hard. That's the way of the world, and understanding that taking on hard situations with grace and respect is the most important superpower there is. We roll with the punches and keep building. That's why I love Solana especially, given all we've been through and how far we've come. Let's get to work 🫡
