@LeapFrog Our LeapPad Academy was a Christmas gift and cracked after only a few weeks from normal kid use on the couch. We were surprised given the rugged design. Support said no repair options — is there anything you can do to help? Kids loved it.

@LeapFrog Hello, I have the baby monitor LF925-HD and the monitor does not hold a charge. It only lasts about an hour at the most. I don’t see a way to change batteries. It’s becoming difficult because it’s no longer mobile. It needs to be plugged in all of the time. Help!
