I remember during obamas second term, after it was obvious he wasn’t what people signed up for, his supporters in LA started only lying. Most people occasionally tell lies to avoid punishment or embarrassment. This was different. It’s like everything they said was the opposite of reality.
That same exact flip has been switched from Trump supporters. It’s not that they are lying, it’s that it’s only lies. There’s no truth.
It’s an interesting phenomenon. Long story short their lives all nose dive. Unless they allow themselves to totally hit bottom, they almost never get out of it.

Besides, not everyone's purpose is to run for office.
For example, I think Nick is far more effective as someone who holds a lot of influence with young voters, putting pressure on republicans to deliver or else.
