WHEN THE HEAT CAME, THEY RAN 🔥🇳🇬 Illegal miners thought they had it all figured out quiet operations, hidden deep in Borgu, cashing out while no one was watching. But someone was watching. On March 27, troops of Operation Savannah Shield moved in on Daban Woko with precision. No noise, no warning. Just action. Men of 22 Brigade and 221 Battalion stormed the site and the story changed instantly. What was once a busy illegal mining hub turned into chaos. The miners didn’t argue. They didn’t resist. They ran. Troops set the illegal sites ablaze, wiping out the operation on the spot. No casualties. No drama. Just a clean, decisive mission. Message sent. Loud and clear. The military isn’t just fighting insecurity they’re coming for anything draining Nigeria’s economy and destroying the environment. And from the look of things… This crackdown is just getting started.

Allah sarki 🥺🥺 these pictures speak louder than a million words… If you are blessed to honour and care for your parents while they are alive, you will surely witness the reward even in this dunya. Even in moments of grief, Mallam must have felt immense pride in his son, standing firm beside him during such a difficult trial. May Allah have mercy on Hajiya Umma. @B_ELRUFAI, may Allah grant you the grace to continue serving your parents with goodness, and make you a constant source of support, comfort, and pride to them. Amin 🤲

“When you stay here in Abuja, you might say the PDP is dead and gone because of the noise that comes from the leaders and their disagreements. But when you go out to the states and into the grassroots in different places, you’ll find that the PDP is still very strong.” — Bukola Saraki

Last night, the men of Lakurawa made two attempts to reach my location. The first was immediately after Maghrib, and the last was around a few minutes past midnight. What happened around a few minutes past 2 a.m lasted for almost 45 minutes before they withdrew. At first light, we saw them. Boďies scattered, tórn open, holes punched through them like careless drilling. One of them had a small bag beside him containing dabino, and a handbook. We saw a drag on the floor, it looked like a trail of a human who had made efforts to flee. We traced the trail, and it led us to one of their commanders. He had pulled himself away from the fight, inch by inch, bleéding into the dirt…but he didn’t make it far enough. With time, I've studied the fighting patterns of these teřrorist groups. From IŞWAP to Bòko Haŕam, to Lakůrawa and co, these guys do not have identical operational features that can easily make me identify which just by the first 2 minutes of attáck. Recently, I've decided to open my heart to learn how terroʻrists think. How would a person agree to strap himself with a bòmb vest, go into a crowded place, and detónate with the intention of dying with the crowd? It doesn't make sense to you, but that's the psychology of terrorism. They hold beliefs that are alien to those of a normal human, and in my opinion, they don't deserve a space on earth. I'm still making an academic research on this, though. From my watch, I saw a man walking down the other side of the road. He wore a large babariga and looked suspicious. I followed him through my Nightforce ATACR 7-35x56 F1 and, saw him break into a short run and disappear into a shrub, where he quickly pulled down his trousers. My back aches a bit from my watch, it's a pain I'm dealing with as I've decided to reduce my intake of painkillers. Tonight looks like those nights. Poor visibility and suspicious calmness. But by God, I pray they come again. The moon stayed hidden tonight. Maybe it didn’t want to see any of it. I don’t blame it, I wouldn't want to, either. ~ Kolawole Stef (Buddy from other Loc)

Christy( mother of many Generations)
A taxi driver picked up a passenger as usual and was heading to drop her off to her destination.. She complained that he was speeding and asked him to slow down, The driver threatened to drop her in a lonely area if she continue her complains. She kept mute, started engaging the man in a conversation just to keep him calm,. Then immediately they got to a particular junction which was crowded with people, Asked the driver to slow down that she wants to buy bottle water, The man did so, she secretly picked up her purse, came down and started screaming kidnàpper o! Kidnàpper o!!! People around started rushing to mod the man but he was smart enough to drive away as fast as he can... When the people gathered, they were asking her if she was okay and if she can recognize the man.. They didn't asked him what really happened, they were just angry that the man escaped jungle justice.. The girl narrated the story herself and when she was asked why she did what she did, She said: "I was emotional at that moment and wanted to teach him a lesson " That's how some people lost their life to jungle justice without any opportunity to explain themselves... Only God saved that man that evening..

Dr. Lemma
Dr. Lemma@DoctorLemma·
In 1995, a nurse broke hospital rules to place a newborn into her twin sister’s incubator. The baby was not expected to survive. Kyrie and Brielle Jackson were born 12 weeks early at a hospital in the United States. Each weighed roughly two pounds. They were placed in separate incubators, standard practice to prevent infection. Kyrie gained strength. Brielle did not. Three weeks after birth, Brielle went into critical condition. Her oxygen dropped. Her heart rate spiked. Her skin turned bluish-grey. Nurse Gayle Kasparian tried everything. She held her. She had her father hold her. She wrapped her in a blanket. Nothing worked. Kasparian remembered hearing about a practice used in parts of Europe but never tried in American hospitals. She placed Brielle into Kyrie’s incubator. Their father described what happened next: “She snuggled up to Kyrie and she was just fine. It was immediate. It was absolutely immediate.” Within minutes, Brielle’s oxygen levels were the best they had been since she was born. As she slept, Kyrie stretched her left arm across her sister’s body and held her. Photographer Chris Christo captured the moment. The image spread around the world and became known as “The Rescuing Hug.” Hospitals across multiple countries began placing premature twins together, a practice that had been resisted for decades. Both girls went home healthy. They are now 30.
