I personally didn't like how the whole Night Warrior stuff was handled (though I do like the concept itself). I'm pretty sure that if the Night Warrior arc had been introduced earlier (maybe around Legion) it would've turned out way better in terms of writing. That said, I'd still prefer to see the Night Warrior lore replaced entirely with the idea of night elf paladins devoted to Elune. And even then, I'd be worried about how Blizz would handle something like that nowadays.

@Leto4rt I will only disagree with that Tyrande pic. I actually liked her Night Warrior design... That doesn't however nullify your point. Everything else since BfA was a downgrade and just cuz a sexy NElf looked even better doesn't change the fact that everything else was utter dogshit

@FyreFry8 @AidanKingsmith It's from Warcraft III's collectors edition artbook "The Art of Warcraft" from 2002, two years before vanilla WoW launched. Nothing to do with Reforged.

@Leto4rt @AidanKingsmith It's from Reforged. Which has it's own realistic take on the visuals. While the original WC3 was more cartoony and stylized. And was used as the basis for the original WoW graphics engine.

@GKarstis54366 And yet, all the cinematic is peak shiny, pretty, edgy girl-power fantasy trope on the most cute and shiny map from SL. The same SL that is probably one of the biggest pillars of making WoW be less of what it was.

@Leto4rt I dont know, I agree with the issue of Blizzard trying to break WoW's core identity, but using the scene where Tyrande goes full murderous elune-warrior mode is probably the last example you should be using.
