#SupremeCourt ruled that NCLT has jurisdiction to adjudicate fraud, coercion & manipulation claims when integral to oppression and mismanagement cases. It restored NCLT’s 2018 order favoring Shailja Krishna, voiding her coerced share transfer, and set aside NCLAT’s 2023 ruling.
