@danbeckrants ICJ dismissed Sudan's case against the UAE on May 5, 2025, ruling it lacked jurisdiction.
Court found the UAE's 2005 reservation to Article IX of the Genocide Convention, which excludes ICJ compulsory jurisdiction.
It's not because the UAE was found innocent of the crimes
