Another #HytaleModdingWishlist Update: trello.com/b/BrIJDc31/hyt… Added 6 new Cards, including some bugs, improvements to /hitdetection and several QoL suggestions. Also being moved to Done: "Decoupled rendering for in-hand vs placed blocks" an issue that @EdilanTV faced, quickly resolved! For some of the UI cards - Expanded UI framework support for complex layouts - More Server-side control over UI and HUD elements Most of these will be looked at when Noesis is implemented. With Noesis coming in Update 6, this makes sense, but means UI updates are slightly delayed! Some more updates from the Q&A from last week coming soon as well.

many things are not in the videos : your edits save as a standalone override pack that you can push straight into your mod folder after. plus CAE condition tuning, leap arcs, knockback arrows, hover tips on every field.. more coming (entity hitbox editor etc). 5/5

you can go right down into the attack chain and edit every node : selectors, damage, projectiles, timing, all of it. and you can pin a few attack previews at once, each in its own color, to compare hitboxes side by side. 4/5

We have deployed the first part of this week’s update, introducing several new features and enhancements. The most significant additions include the new death mechanics - where items are no longer scattered upon death but instead securely stored in a gravestone at the location where you died - and an updated target UI. Inspired by World of Warcraft, the new interface provides clear visibility of a target’s level, difficulty, and exact HP. We are pleased to introduce a new NPC, the Zerava, inspired by the zebra. This creature can now be found roaming Savannah biomes. The Zerava also has a chance to drop a brand-new mount: the Sunfang Zerava. Additionally, players will notice the presence of butterflies in the initial zones, adding further life and immersion to the environment. Huge improvements on performance for @OrbitechMod! Large network updates, especially when opening a world containing them used to take lots of time, or not even loading at all. Now, the world takes 4-6 seconds to load ~6400 gears! Very good improvements :) #Hytale #HytaleModding

Creditor adds a new /credits command which shows a list of mods and their creators, +other metadata from the manifest. The mod can be included as a Java lib in your own mod or it can be installed independently by a good faith server owner. (2/4🧵)

my take on @Simon_Hypixel's worldgen challenge from this past week! those sandstone columns quickly turn into a cave-like maze when you enter them, littered with ruins peep the face in the sand in the last pic 👀

Had a conversation in the workshop abt the problem of server owners unintentionally (or in rare cases, intentionally) not crediting the creators of the mods which they use on their server. We came up with Creditor as the solution! (1/4🧵)

Went on tangent today, because it bothered me that there was no furniture made out of Lightwood in vanilla Hytale, so I took the tavern set and proceeded to re-texture most of it.. 😅
