Whoever abandons their pet in Dubai or wherever and leaves the country: I have nothing but disgust for you. If you can cowardly abandon an animal that depends entirely on you, you should never be allowed to have pets again. I genuinely hope every single person who does this gets banned for life from ever entering the UAE again.
