IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE @kadena_io COMMUNITY @LinxWallet infrastructure will be updated to support the upcoming network fork. This has some important implications effective NOVEMBER 8, 4AM UTC, block height 6335858: From the moment of the fork, you will not be able to transfer the 'old' KDA tokens until further notice. Every transaction will take place on the new network, which might not be fully supported by exchanges. We recommend not transferring any tokens to exchanges until there are clear announcements regarding their support for the network. Over the coming days, we will work on a patch so both networks will be supported in Linx Wallet, which means our users will have access to their original KDA as well. If you plan to transfer funds to an exchange, we strongly advise completing these transactions before the fork occurs. The coming days might present some user experience challenges, but we are doing our best to make this transition as smooth as possible. While we are not directly involved in the fork, we fully support this community initiative.

@PHUONGD97428147 @linx_labs @kadena_io We are working on an update where you can access your kda before the network fork, you sent the 'new' kda to binance and they dont support that network. After the update you will have access to your old kda.

I am not trying to sell you anything, the pledge you made of support obviously has realistic limits. Navigation is a challenge.

@LinxWallet @linx_labs @kadena_io If Kadena CTO says no to the cryptography changes, then the chain is dead within the next year regardless of any other circumstance. Maybe as everything is catching fire, everyone will hold hands and sing. Bitcoin is just trying to figure out how long they can delay PQC upgrade.

Well if there is a $KDA PQC pivot, the wallet has to provide and support the cryptography. Switching from secp256k1 to CRYSTALS-Dilithium is significant because the data involved is much different. The web3 signing is also *much* different, and we had to rewrite ethers.js to make qethers.js. If kadena_io isn't paying the miners, who is? The market makers aren't getting paid, the exchanges are only getting fee revenue with no commitment to deposit.
