Sophie and Bernice are best friends in Pat Miller's book, Sophie's Squash. The only problem is that Bernice is a squash! Sophie learns that the best way to care for Bernice is to make sure she has fresh air, good, clean dirt and a little love while she grows.

The Red Apple by Feridun Oral encourages the art of collaboration, creativity and engagement. Our kindergarten students dramatized why, "it is important to help when you can,and in any way you can." One student commented, "It was like the story came to life!" ❤️NA Kindergarten
