Got to love paying a premium for next day delivery from @LittlewoodsHelp and it’s not even made it to Yodel yet so is definitely not getting here today. And it’s virtually impossible to speak to someone to get it refunded.

@LittlewoodsHelp Its my partner's order so he'll DM you but honestly? We have pretty much given up. All we want is the correct sofa delivered in the next couple of weeks given that we have waited months for the wrong order twice. No one appears to have the authority to do that so what's the point

@LittlewoodsHelp I have been following you for a while but unable to send a dm. My order has gone missing. I phoned Littlewoods a few days ago and was told I would be refunded and a replacement order sent out. Nothing has happened.
