We are LocalMotion, a social, economic and environmental justice movement, by communities, for communities 🏘️. We aim to tackle the root causes of issues in six places across England and Wales: Carmarthen, Enfield, Lincoln, Middlesbrough, Oldham and Torbay. #localmotion

The January edition of the @EnfieldDispatch is out now. We're delighted to be working with the Dispatch to make the newspaper more available to people living in the East of Enfield. You can pick up copies in community venues including in local supermarkets.

Over 90 participants gathered at Tees Valley Chinese Community Centre for 'Middlesbrough Voices' organised by LocalMotion Middlesbrough! 🎉 This event aligns with their goals to boost the local economy, improve community well-being, and foster collaboration.

LocalMotion Carmarthen partnered with @climate_fresk & @DRMZ_Carmarthen to empower young leaders with climate literacy training, a first in Wales! These efforts are deeply rooted in their shared vision for Carmarthen – to create the happiest and most prosperous town in Wales 🌱

Members of LocalMotion Carmarthen and LocalMotion Enfield recently met to discuss their future plans for their Place. A strong commitment to collaboration is a key part of what makes LocalMotion unique and helps create the conditions for change in communities.
