@EmeryReigns A therapist who deals with depression and also studies the mind is more qualified and more relatable. Just using that as an example. That expertise shouldn't be overlooked. Their experience is learning the ways to exist with and overcome it.

@EmeryReigns It sounds good, humans need help. We're social beings. You can't fix a problem you don't know exists. Talking to another person for people who don't talk to anyone can be very helpful.
