I ran the numbers. According to the HoC library, 19% of NHS staff were born outside of the UK. 16% of the population were born outside of the UK as per some aging stats. We have 20k British trained doctors and dentists that cannot find a placement to finish their training, because foreign workers are prioritised. Why would that be?
