Another year around the sun and I’m feeling healthy and very thankful! 12 days after that health scare and happy to say I’m doing well. Thanks to everyone who sent kind words and good energy my way. As mentioned in my previous post I won’t be on the socials as much for a while and instead focusing on what really matters: health, love, peace of mind and of course my art. Interestingly, I’ve also been asked to take part in a hospital university study helping researchers and doctors better understand the overlap between vestibular migraine and TIA/stroke-like episodes. And remember, if you ever start getting headaches, tinnitus, or brain fog in front of a screen, do yourself a favour: stop immediately and go for a long walk. Ps.
