How Kyoshi Lived 230 Years: Avatar Kyoshi learned the secrets of immortality from the ancient assassin Lao Ge. He taught Avatar Kyoshi that aging is simply a physical disorder where the body’s smallest, most invisible parts begin to fall apart and forget how to put themselves back together. By using a technique of extreme mental focus, Avatar Kyoshi learned to use her meditative focus to maintain her own cells, manually placing her physical components back into their correct order to top the decay of time. After using this technique for 190 to 200 years, Avatar Kyoshi eventually chose to stop holding herself together and let the river flow again.

@FrenlyOfficer 5 years of 50 a day nets you 1 million. On average it takes 7-10 years for money in the SP500 to double so you would need to do closer to 100 a day for it to match. Its also not hard to just bust out 10, rest a few minutes, bust out another 10. Can probably easily hit 200+ a day
