Monsanto/@Bayer just filed its brief to the U.S. Supreme Court and what they’re asking for is staggering.
If they win, one ruling could wipe out thousands of state-level lawsuits against pesticide companies across America. Not because the products were proven safe. Not because juries weighed the evidence and cleared them.
But because federal law would override the right of states and everyday people to hold them accountable.
Everyone should be watching this. We must stop the mass poisoning of America.
