The problem with NFTs isn’t art or utility. It’s that most collections launch with no market structure. Dwellers introduces a minimal on-chain system from the first mint. ETH from mint → 60% reserve / 10% treasury / 30% creator Reserve is seeded instantly, not later on secondary. Sell-to-pool is conditional only when state, coverage, and reserve allow it. No infinite liquidity. Just a reserve-gated system. state = f(purchase_rate, listing_pressure, floor_ratio) 2.5% trade fee → staking comes from real activity, not inflation. Treasury handles cleanup (buyback / relist / burn) when demand is weak. The protocol doesn’t try to control prices it removes the “nothing underneath” problem.
