As an artist who's been working with Netease, I have to say this. Please, don't just accuse every art they post for AI generated. This only burdens the artists who work for them, and does not help. Believe me, I had to fix my art several times to make it look 'less AI'.

regarding netease trying to encourage CCs to use ai, the leader of it all has said she's inquiring with the higher ups to try change it and even supported a suggestion of it being turned into usage of real art :) this gives me a little bit of hope regarding the ai usage..
