Obviously at the end of the day people are free to spend their money on what they wish, but please understand that when you continue to purchase this despite complaining about the price, you are telling Overwatch that they can continue to price things like this.

I just wanna add that harassing people or being horrid to people over buying the skins is not okay. What I said in my post is true, but it isn't that deep at the end of the day because it is pixels on a screen. There's no reason to act horrid about it.

Buying only the skin from the hero gallery:
Legendary - 1900 coins
Ultra - 3500
1600 coin difference, so sound and kill effects are essentially costing around an extra $16 😬

There's no reason for skins that are basically legendaries to be priced like this. I'm not here to argue, it is facts that you vote for this when you buy it. Cute skins will come in the future that, if most refuse to give in to this greed, will be more reasonably priced.

I have no plans to raise custom prices any higher than this unless I start doing extra work. I do plan to raise prices of premades in the future, not sure what to yet but it won't be more than customs. Thank you everyone so much for all your support and kind words ♡

I raised the base price by 3.00 GBP because I was already charging much less than other people who do similar work to me. I've also improved a lot since I started and the money I was getting really did not feel anywhere near equal to the time and detail I put into the overlays.

@irlmonsterbabe not exactly a mod, people tend to get them over their games using applications such as hudsight and it's really just a window overlaying on top of OW! some people just use them on streams or clips though :)

@bunniidollie if the enemy is all over the place its honestly most likely better to hold off on rezzing. i tend to only go for these risky rezzes if we are in overtime

Feel free to ask any other questions about this and I will answer them to the best of my abilitiy. Other than using them on games, people tend to use them either on streams or on clips they post.

People have been using these for several years and have not been banned, but for now it is unclear. I would consider the risk of banning small. It does not mess with any game files or do anything to OW itself. Just the app overlaying on top of another app.

Just FYI:
You can use UI overlays or custom crosshairs over your game. Most people use Hudsight on steam, it isn't free but works perfectly.
There are other apps, but I don't know how well they work.
