Incredible decision to schedule this over our tournament that is close to major and has been on the schedule for months and not even DM us. If you really want to promote the scene and have more large tournaments maybe you should take something like that into bigger consideration

We’re constantly striving to make LumiRank as good as it can be, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the ranking. It’s been a busy time for us as we’re in the middle of the ranking release, but we felt it was necessary to make this announcement as soon as possible. Pre-major invitationals will be subject to the same rules as other pre-major tournaments. This will go into effect immediately. We’ve found that many players consider these types of tournaments to be solely for practice and have decided to hold these invitationals to the same standards as other pre-major tournaments. We still encourage you to tune into these tournaments and will keep existing ones on the TTS as Untiered Events. Mid level smash players using the word "retired" is always so funny to me bc most people that "retire" A. Made zero money competing B. Had minimal levels of success C. Are probably just dumping countless hours into some other corny fighting game

@JustRaf568 It’s a tough MU Hold shield fully on leaf shield, that move is super punishable Respect pellet and don’t get frustrated when it beats your moves startups Edge guard with nair low and use dtilt, their horizontal recovery is not good I beat MegaAntman by edge guarding mainly
