@JenniferTester8 @BSBreastCancer I call it the What if’s they can take you down the Anxiety Rabbit Hole so very Quickly I try to stay Present and look for Hope in each Day However with Covid-19 still coming at us Hard I find this Harder to do #NotTodayMBC 👊🏻

@BSBreastCancer My people (family, friends) dont understand the amount of anxiety I live with. Even a simple check up, I'm convinced there going to say they see something weird.

Do y'all think people really understand the anxiety levels a #cancer person deals with on the daily? Let alone when a doctor appointment or scan creeps up? I do not think people get it, until you've walked in the shoes. Right?

Didn’t feel well today. I took a little nap. Heaviness in my chest, probably from all the coughing I’ve been doing today. Less mucus but still coughing. Also a headache & prob slept wrong last night, stiff neck/hard to turn. Last rads sesh tmrw morning. Glad it’ll be done 🙏🏻

@mbcmomct My Friend Judy used to say set a Timer for 10 minutes, Cry in the Shower, Bang on a pillow take a Walk if you can,Dance to your Favorite Song whatever it takes to get that Frustration out then move on Don’t stay in the pit The pit will not serve you well 🤔

@mbcmomct Living with MBC can be Lonely I just got off a TeleHealth call trying to learn why my body is doing what it is doing I hope my Gynecologist has more answers for me Blowing through 2 pads a day is frustrating 🤦‍♀️
