@Lynnexandra I basically do the opposite. I think me crying over fictional character is a lot healthier than me crying over my own struggles. It gets emotions out of the way and you often feel better after crying.

Does anyone else also consciously deprive themselves of tons of high quality digital media because you know it will emotionally mess with you and you just don't need that drama right now
