As well as adult memberships, we also have additional options for students and those aged between 12 and 16 years old. We ask that any members between the ages of 12-16 years old are accompanied by a responsible adult when training on the gym floor or using the pool.

*** EARLY MORNING CLASSES *** Get your pre-work workout in! 💪😁 Tuesdays: HIIT Attack - 6.45am Thursdays: Cardio Burn - 6.45am Fun high energy classes, the perfect way to start your day! Options for all fitness levels. Non members welcome 🙂

*** BARBELL CLASS *** Tuesdays: 9.30am 💪🏋️ All over strength and conditioning using a barbell and free weights. A great way to work all the major muscle groups and focus on technique. Suitable for all fitness levels. Non members welcome 🙂

Plyo boxes are used as a platform to perform box jumps that help increase speed, power, and explosiveness and are a great supplement to your regular strength training routine.

Our club doesn’t just welcome our members on the days they’re training or relaxing in our Spa facilities. Our bars and restaurants not only offer delicious food and beverage, but also help to provide a little “alone time” that we all need now and again.
