Throw in extra deliverables to increase the rate but its really really important that we hold the line. The only exceptions are if its a product deal that will increase your production value or press website articles. Simon and I have worked on over 800 sponsored activations over our 11 years and we've seen HUGE publishers, agencies and brands try to push more and more work for below industry standard rates. Its important that together we say no!!!!

Security researchers have warned that attackers are using Steam Workshop to spread malware through Wallpaper Engine wallpapers. Some fake wallpapers are uploaded as “Application” wallpapers, which can run programs on your PC. These files have been used to install malware, steal Steam accounts, collect personal information, and even mine cryptocurrency. Some of the malicious wallpapers were downloaded thousands of times before being removed. Twitch is emailing creators, suggesting they remove prerolls from their streams to create a 'stronger first impression'. Incredible comedic timing, as just yesterday Twitch CPO Mikey Minty said in an interview that prerolls aren't as detrimental as they are perceived.

I feel for streamers who have to juggle doing everything while they are live. Been working on Remote Deck that works as a single OBS source for a mod, manager, or assistant to add things to your stream on a single layer, no streamer input necessary.
