𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗟𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗥𝗖—MRC recently hosted a luncheon for the 𝗟𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, bringing together our region’s young manufacturing ambassadors for collaboration, training, and a look ahead at exciting growth. During the winter workshop, members were introduced to the new MFG Dream Team brand—the first look for the Lehigh Valley group—sparking conversation about new ways to connect students with modern manufacturing careers. We also celebrated momentum within the program, including: ✔️ Training completion for our fall recruits ✔️ Welcoming 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 ✔️ Expanded focus on 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 ✔️ Collaboration with new recruits at 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 to help build out an early-learner program One highlight of the luncheon was a hands-on engineering challenge. Participants built a small 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘁, exploring principles of 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆.
