@Thisisbullshiz @LeadingReport I was a NCAA athlete myself. The portal is broken. Yeah, some get challenged in court. That’s how checks and balances work. Doesn’t mean they ‘mean nothing.’ A lot of executive orders still shape policy, agencies, and enforcement while they’re in effect. NCAA agrees it’s needed.
