I don’t usually do stuff like this, but I just want to vent here. Can I say French Dragon Ball fans are the absolute worst? They are the epitome of stuck in the early 2000’s nostalgia ball fans. I’ll ask them anything about Daima or Super, and their only responses are always either “it stinks of shit” or some horrid take that clearly indicates they never even watched it. Almost never any actual valid argumentation. For example, I’ll argue with one saying “Daima SSJ4 has no writing” (it does), “so therefore it sucks”, then 2 days later the same person will argue with me that DBS Broly sucks because he doesn’t have aura or essence like Z broly did, despite being objectively better written. On top of that it seems every chance they get they glaze AF or Kakumei, saying it’s “real Dragon Ball”, all while pretending to glaze OGDB despite constantly hating on everything it represents. It feels like they are nostalgic for something that doesn’t even exist. It’s not all French fans of course, there are some I am proud to be friends with, but it’s a loud and annoying majority of which most act this way. The absolute most miserable part of the fanbase.
