June Open Hours

The workshops will be held at 12:15 - 12:45, 1:00 - 1:30, 1:45 - 2:15 pm every day. Our capacity is about 10 people per session, so arrive early.

This week, we will be holding daily meal prep workshops to help provide basic tools necessary to live off-campus/without caf access. You will leave this 30-minute workshop with recipes, modifications based on body comp. goals/preferences, and a home-cooked meal!
